So...
I mentioned that I really struggle with emotional eating...
Today my husband has to go to a work related dinner, which leaves me to picking up, cooking and managing the kids... again...
This happens from time to time but I wish I had more "me" time. I wish he could manage both the kids so I could have a dinner out...
So I'm jealous. And tired. And feeling down on myself...
So i justify the helping of basmati rice that i really didn't need... and the Caramilk bar... and the two glasses of wine.... because hey, I deserve a treat...

No... I deserve to live to see grandchildren. I deserve to get to a ripe old age, without heart issues or diabetes. I deserve to feel good in my skin.

Not happy with myself...
