Well all the schoolwork and stress finally accumulated into a binge :( I am so sad because I was doing really well with portions, which was my main focus. I have been really busy working late hours and in the final weeks of my masters program. I have taken on four more mentees and surprise! It hit me about 3 am. I see all the things that I am doing wrong just trying to make it through to the end of semester. Oh well I probably blew the weigh in but I am back on track today. Upward and onward !

It's ok! You're human. The fact that you're actually doing what you're doing school-wise is something you should be far more proud of yourself for!!! I wish I could do what you're doing! <hugs!>. Keep up the great work. Focus on your education! Like you said, you're in the final three weeks. Don't add to that stress by beating yourself up because of your diet... All the best wishes to you, and best of luck to you in your degree!!! I'm SO envious! :D

When you're working that hard, you need to make sure you are well nourished. Take care of yourself, you're in the home stretch!
