I've been feeling really awesome lately. I'm finally back down to 139, and dropping! Saturday morning I did drop down to 137.5, but I have a feeling that's because I was dehydrated from all the alcohol the night before... oops.
I had to go on travel very last minute for work last week, but that meant I had the opportunity to use the evenings however I wanted. So, I worked out! Tuesday night I swam for a half an hour straight. FANTASTIC workout. I forgot how much I love swimming. Wednesday night I did a quick 25 minute calisthenics workout, courtesy of P90X. Plus, I was on my feet all day Wednesday and Thursday. It makes such a difference when you're not sitting in front of a computer all day...

This weekend (except friday night... oof) was pretty low calorie all together. Friday night was my boyfriend's company holiday party. We used it as our big 'coming out' party to the office. (He and I met last May when I was an intern at his company. We secretly started dating, and used the Xmas party as a way to finally tell people we've been together for over a year!) It was a lot of fun to see my old co-workers, but I over imbibed and definitely blew way past my RDI for the day. Oh well, it was worth it.

Today is my first volleyball game with my company team. We won't have enough people for any subs for the team, so I'll have to play the whole time (even better workout!) I plan on coming home, making a light chicken dish with some broccoli or edamame on the side, and getting to bed EARLY. I'll try to get into work early tomorrow so I can make it to a 6pm power pump class.

SEE YAAAAAAAAA, LAST 10 POUNDS!
Oh, and 3 weeks left, with 3 pounds to go :)
