I have not lost weight but I have greatly improved by nearly eliminating my depression. I know why I haven't lost weight and I am working on that now. I've already begun to eliminate sugar, actually, reduce sugar because it is in foods. Where it has been added I am trying to avoid and keep to a minimum those foods naturally high in sugar like fruits.
