I seem to be stuck at 162.4. I have hovered here for three days now. Not that I'm really complaining, but I have a goal of 155 by Thanksgiving. I've got to get the scale moving again.
162.4 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
