Weighed in for the first time this year today. Wasn't satisfied with my losses over the holidays, but at least I didn't gain. The majority of my days over the last two weeks have been in hotels and restaurants, and I've been eating tons of the Atkins low-carb snacks.
Time to cut out those snacks as I'm now craving them. I'm going back to flax crackers with cream cheese spread for an evening snack.
Got measured today as well, and I haven't lost any size in the last 2 months on my hips or thighs, so that is what I'm going to focus on this month.
Joined the 1500 minute challenge on the Atkins site, that means that I need to average about 50 mintues a day working out. I'm already behind on that, but I'll do the best that I can. Any exercise will be an improvement over the last couple of months.
Going to go the Costco tomorrow to get loads of flank steak and making a month's supply of beef jerky.
Anyway, hoping that by this time next year I'll be at goal. (135#s) Happy new year.
