I had a bran muffin from Trader Joe's yesterday. It was huge but only 110 cals. Lots of fiber and protein. I felt like I was chewing forever and couldn't even finish it. And I wasn't hungry for about four hours! I was amazed!

I wish we had a Trader Joe's around here. It would make my shopping so much easier. I have to buy almond flour and coconut flour online. You are doing great with your weight loss!

110 For a bran muffin sounds good to me. The closest Trader Joe's is an hour and 45 minutes from me. Last time my daughter and I were there we played with the fish that they have on a bed of ice and took pics. People that work there weren't amused but we were. :D

Veghead you crack me up...something I would do too! Mom2boxers - it seems like such slow going. But in the past I've lost it quickly and gained back even more! Madaboutmoose: I'm not sure where our closest one is. I do volunteer work at a homeless shelter and we get to eat lunch with them. My choice was sea salt chocolate buttercream cupcakes or the muffin. Trader Joes had donated a few boxes of each. I would definitely get them again:)
