So haven't been on here for awhile. Don't know why. But it's really really bad as I Gould b recording everything every day. Work is ok. Have the new girl in work and she is ok if a little annoying especially her laugh! Have been ok with the diet the last week. Couple of bad things but not too bad. Going to keep on trying and that's that. Will make sure that I log everything every day.
