I hope today is better. I had a rough day yesterday. Besides the events, work just about killed me. I am exhausted. I have to get through today and tomorrow then I will have a day off. I am still learning this app but it seems like it will work for me.
305.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 95.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
