Slow start...

Ok I have walked "walk away the pounds"(morning) and now I have done 10min of yoga (beginner) and a six minute ab toner(evening). Now what shall I have for Dinner????
184.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 44.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey thanks. Trying to get back to some sense of normalcy in the weight department. I am trying the Walk Away The Pounds tapes, up to 10 mins so far.
