The last two days I have gone to the gym. Both nights focusing more on Cardio than working out. I ran for 20 minutes and rode the bike for 20 minutes. I am easeing into working out. I did chest monday night and biceps last night. Tonight I will be doing Triceps and Shoulders. Thursday back and friday will be working out legs and I will be running every night.
