Starting my new routine today. Will be eating at lunchtime instead of evening Starting a new class at gym this evening. My daughter and daughter-in-law are both coming with. Doing the 5:2 again. Today is a 500 cal day Excited to have a plan, now to EXECUTE it!

@wexcpa the 5:2 is a way of eating that I eat my regular way for 5 days, then on 2 non-consecutive days (I choose Mon and Thurs) only eat 500 calories.

I have my RDI set at 1200, usually between 1000-1200. I WILL be recording everything from now on, getting back on track. I usually eat less during the week with hubby gone and more on the weekends when he's home...
