Weighed myself as usual this morning- not surprised I put on a pound. Re-started today, now got a partner in crime to do it with so let's see what happens. Hoping to see less of you- and me....

I have persuaded 2 friends to join me- mainly because one of the friends has downs and needs to lose weight, we all got weighed in at the beginning of the week and one of us is doing meal planning for the week, how good is that, I do try this and then change my mind about what I want to eat. Hoping to see less of you all.

LOL! that's the first time i've ever been glad to hear that someone wants to "see less of me". My weight management team suggests that we plan our meals a week in advance. But, i' just can't see it and it's for the same reason. I'll change my mind. I just know it. I have been able to work up to planning a day in advance. that'll have to do for now.
