Magdalena003's Journal, 16 October 2016

After a few week stall, I'm glad to see another drop. I'm down 30lbs since August. I'm at that fun size where nothing fits. I don't expect my pre-pregnancy clothes to fit, partially because my goal weight is higher than my pre-pregnancy weight and mostly because I donated them years ago.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 October 2016:

I am in the same place. If I walk too fast in the jeans I am wearing now, they fall down to my knees and the next size down are too tight. Argh!

Thanks guys! My jeans haven't gone down much in size, but they are loose everywhere but my gut which is still protruding. So they fit awkwardly, but I work in health care and scrubs don't come with that problem. I've recently learned that I have diastasis recti, which explains a lot. I'll be starting a program to close that gap and once healed, I'll be able return to exercises that specifically target core strength. Turns out, I should have been avoiding all those planks!

I hope you heal fast!

Thanks! From what I've been reading there is no set time for how long it will take. Too many variables. Most programs that I've come across are 12 weeks. That seems like a fair enough place to start.
