I didn't want to weigh in again until the number was lower than the last weigh in. I've been fluctuating up and down, but had allowed myself to get back up to 155 without realizing it, until I went out (rarity for me) and most of my clothes didn't fit. So here I am, back to eating whole food and in a weeks time down 1lb from my last weigh in. I lost 10lbs in a week, but I know that's a combination of water weight and this illness that has plagued me for nearly 10 days. My appetite has been non-existent and now I'm finally well enough to take the time to cook. Now I have to force myself to eat, but I'm taking it very slowly. My girls haven't stopped laying in the mean time, so I see lots of eggs in my future!

Today is the day that I return to tracking my foods better. I'm going to have to wing it for my salads that I put together at the beginning of the week, but will start weighing them again next week. It would be nice if I could manage to prepare all of my meals at the beginning of the week, but my time management skills are terrible. Once I get my food intake under better control, I will return to my regimen of closing my abdominal separation the rest of the way. Or at least small enough to being regular exercise.
