im so frustrated! i have been working really hard and i am not rewarded! anyone else would have lost 10 pounds by now! i have lost 3 ounces! 4 weeks! 3 ounces! all i can do is syick with it and reduce the calories more! i need to get it moving in the right direction! i feel like im trying....
