Going pretty well. I've lost the weight that I put on during our Australian trip and now on the way to my Christmas goal. I have motivation for this one- we're actually going on a holiday! And it's going to be cold in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan so I need to be able to squeeze into all those jackets and things. I've bought some clothes for over there, as I literally had nothing to wear when the weather goes under 20 degrees Celsius! I'd prefer them to be too baggy than too tight, so I'm aiming to have lost 5-10kg by then.
The big change I need to make is MORE EXERCISE. it definitely helps me lose weight, and I need to be a lot fitter too, so I'm aiming to increase my walking/cycling from 1-2 times a week to at least 5. And I'll be staying on the straight and narrow!
194.4 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 42.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What a great drop! I do agree, it seems when I exercise I feel more fit. the pounds don't always go as fast as I would like, but want to have a good balance as best I can. Best of luck of dropping the 5-10kg before your vacation! :)
