Really bad week!!! One it was my birthday and my family had dinner for me and then my work the next day(lots of cheese and crackers!!!). Then it was another birthday with more bad food. I also didn't exercise much this week. Overall it was a bad week but I know I can get back on track... Got up early today and worked out and now drinking my green smoothie and a salad later. I CAN DO THIS AND SO CAN YOU!!!
201.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 71.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
