At least you are honest with yourself! I read your diet calendar, and it made me VERY apprehensive for next week! We are honoring our customers all week and there is some type of snack item EVERY single day. We are even doing floats with ice cream, apple cider, whipped cream and caramel drizzle. HOLY CRUD! I should get the entire list of snacks and sit down this weekend and figure out all the calories for the week and take the list to work, with a HUGE NOTE that reads: DON"T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!!! Lol.... Tomorrow is another day fellow struggler. :-)
