New job is relieving some stress and weight is starting to come off. Today is day 1 of 5:2 fasting diet. In a few weeks, once accustomed to the routine I may up the ante to 4:3... we'll see. I'm not giving up.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
