Had some great Honduran food at a graduation party last night - worth sacrificing dinner today for! Bowels moving again in anticipation of going back to work. Holiday food gone. Routine eating is routine again...
158.5 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
