Today is a cheat the diet day because it's my daughters birthday party. I will not be surprised if I gain weight tomorrow morning.
152.6 lb Lost so far: 55.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Jamiqua has been very successful with her weight loss to date. She only has two children, one of them with special needs. A piece of cake on their birthdays twice a year hardly seems extravagant. Have a wonderful time, Jamiqua!

Thanks. It's my daughter's 4th birthday. She has epilepsy. She would be sad if I wouldn't eat her cake with her. She had so much fun today. The cake was so special to her she tried to hug it, loll.
