My unofficial weight this morning is same as Thursday's weight of 105.5kg :)

I'm happy with that because I ate over 140% of my RDI on Thursday which included a snowball, cream filled doughnut, ice cream, tennis biscuit, steak, potatoes, bread, etc.

I also did not go to the gym this entire week and home gyming was a fail.

Next week will be interesting :)

Lol you make it sound like its no stress whatever weight u supposed to lose you can do it in two days. So why so much food on Thursday?

I celebrate weight loss on a Thursday hence the indulging. lol. I know my results can be better if I am more disciplined and stricter but for now I am taking the easier and more sustainable approach. I'll definitely sort my Thursdays out. . . maybe I'll start this week :)

I suppose having cheat day is not bad thing provided you do not go over board and you limit yourself like having one slice of carrot cake

That depends on what sort of lifestyle you follow. I do go overboard on my cheat days. I eat lots of junk foods, cakes, etc. No limit really.

lol you need a whooping from that strict teacher who did not like anybody in school. coz that sets you back, google Yummly they have nice junk foods for less the calories http://www.yummly.com
