Its been a long time since I been on here. I haven't been doing to bad but I haven't been doing good either. Been soo busy and theres a ton of excuses but no more I'm getting back on track not today but right now. Lets get it.
207.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
