I love your name, icecoldcoke. I am addicted to the stuff. How I lost my weight is I stopped drinking the stuff. I dropped 15lbs in 6 months. That was the only change I made until I stalled with 5 more lbs to go. Then I started logging my calories. Good luck in your journey.
