Day 1 again...

I had done well before the wedding, living at home was helpful. My parents lead very healthy lifestyles so it was easy to lose weight- i lost close to 15lbs in 2months. I never had to track but I exercised daily and was eating lots of vegetables.

Time to refocus since I have almost gained it all back....

I need to track to actually see what I am eating. Because the small snacking is catching up plus the lack of regular exercise. Fat secret is by far my favorite tracking app... Now I just need to use it DAILY!!!
