I made a lot of dietary changes with my husband. We are both loosing weight and our sugar has gone from being high every day to having trouble keeping it up. We used to avoid most pasta and bread and never lost a pound. We switched to whole wheat and whole grain pasta and rices and oatmeal for breakfast and it has made a world of difference. we also have learned more about portion control. We make snacks ahead of time so that we have healthy options instead of grabbing crap food.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
