Nothing like getting back on the scale & being disappointed that being busy/not eating as much with my husband having major neck surgery 2 weeks ago didn't pay off at all 😕
177.8 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 52.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
