Even I was eating everything, what I met on my way, weight is ok. I eat as a tiger. Because no smoking.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I successfully gave up a 50 per day habit about 40 years ago. My main aid was grapes. When I wanted a cigarette I ate a grape and did deep breathing exercises. I ate a lot of grapes but got off the weed. Good luck with your efforts.
