ok, so i am not smoking for almost three weeks. eating like lion king. and the weight is still ok. today i have done first workout (cycling) for 2 hours after one week rest because of sick. 73.30 kg after cycling.

we will see tomorrow.
164.7 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
