Have been gaining all fall...have dinner with the kids every friday...drink eveyday...even though most is low/no carbs...the pounds are packing back on. Did have a homemade roll....actually, 1.5 rolls over two days...plus 2 pieces og Jenn pies...gravey and stuffing...eggnog...have packed on ~5lbs in just a few days...my hip is very tender, hurting much like it did a few years ago. I am convinced it's the gluton and retained fluid in my joints and tissue...restarted induction on sunday evev though i did have a few drinks with family...no boose yesterday and will remain booze free through december...will loose the fluid buildup and be mostly pain free again...
