I was a bit naughty last night, my brother came over with a loaf of unsliced bread, cheese and tomatoes and said he is making my parents cheese toast with thick bread slices. My parents are doing the annual 1 month holy month of abstaining from meat, fish, eggs and chicken so they only eating vegetables and soya.
Those toasted cheese sandwhiches look so good that I couldn't turn down his offer to make me one! Then my sister made cheese cake with fresh cream and a tennis biscuit base. I could not say no to that! lol!
My unofficial weight this morning remained at 107.5kg!!!
I don't usually break my fast on a Wednesday but since I am only doing official weigh-in on Saturday morning I decided that I can indulge a little bit.
Today will be a low carb day and tomorrow will be a fast day again :)
I just love the flexibility I have by following a fasting lifestyle :)
