New week, new beginning, Definitely overindulged this weekend. Have a new bodybuilding goal in place, have the support to do it. Now just have to DO IT. Have my meals planned and workouts ready for tonight. I CAN do this.
180.2 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1679 kcal Fat: 47.67g | Prot: 161.24g | Carb: 152.01g.   Breakfast: diet pepsi, fuji apple, quaker instant oatmeal, walnuts, egg. Lunch: diet pepsi, pure protein bar, la tortilla factory , oscar mayer chicken breast rotisierre, snow peas, carrots, yellow mustard great value. Dinner: turkey, great value steamed broccoli and cauliflower, minute rice brown. Snacks/Other: whey protein, cottage cheese lowfat, strawberries, water, fish oil, multivitamin equate. more...
