It is so much easier to stay on track on a busy day, running from task to task, than on a day off lying around the house. It was a real struggle yesterday, but made it through today without any strain. Tomorrow I jump up to 1800 calories a day for a week, but we're also making a run to Costco, which is always a challenge.
