Number one son turned 25 today, so we took him out for lunch to celebrate. Always a challenge to keep to a calorie count when eating out. I ordered the chicken cacciatore, which was just some chicken breast covered with a tomato-y sauce on a bed of pasta. No idea how many calories, so I just picked one of the recipes from the database. I wish they listed calorie counts on the menus here like they do in the States. On the whole, I think I did OK, although going out did mean missing the gym.
