I've been off the food plan since mid-October and i really need to get motivated, but it seems like I am dealing with a new crisis every week. First I totalled my car, then did a cruise, THEN my 60th birthday, trying to refinance my house (might lose it), and finally a 25 yr. old boss who hates me and wants me gone. Yes, I'm having a small pity party. So I need to start doing what's best for me and start taking care of myself. The rest is temporary, I hop I can just make the best of the rest.
