Unfortunately I had a major setback starting Wednesday night. I was just sent home from the ER with the bad news that I will need my gallbladder removed sometime next week. I have been suffering from major pain since Wednesday night and have not been able to exercise because my stomach had swollen and I'm having trouble sleeping, walking, sitting and even breathing. My diet will change to a gall bladder diet begining today. I will keep everyone posted of my progress.
