Today I fit into my old skinny jeans without a muffin top! Pretty exciting, since I thought it would take another 5 lbs or so. I was 5 lbs lighter last time I wore them. But I guess working out -which I didn't do last time I lost weight - is the key for me. I'm stronger than I've ever been, and that's the most exciting part. I started with 3 lb weights, to 5lbs, 8 lbs, and now 10lbs! I can also stretch more than I've ever been able to. I'm naturally not very flexible, so I'm noticing the added flexibility! It's great!!
