Hi!

I'm a 23 year old woman, who is trying - once again - to get a hold on her weight.

Since 2009, I've gained and lost 20 lbs three times. Writing that sounds unbelievable, but it happened. This time, I started in May of 2012 with Weight Watchers (for the second time, but with their new program). I started at 186, and as of today (Jan.30, 2013), I weigh 151.6 lbs! I quit Weight Watchers a month ago because I honestly couldn't afford it anymore.

I've been using the "Lose It" App, and counting calories, and doing yoga.
I really do believe that I will keep it off this time. I've dealt with the mental health issues that needed to be dealt with, and I'm optimistic about the future, and getting a grip on my weight.

I've developed a HUGE love of fashion, because I simply adore dressing this body I've worked so hard to achieve. I'm almost 150 lbs, a number I've wanted to see on that scale since I was 15.

:-)

does anyone know if chocolate soy milk is just as good a regular chocolate milk?

I found it tastes like liquified chocolate pudding. Or, if you've been to Amsterdam, their version of chocolate milk, called "Chocomel".
