I had a very nice weekend but with being back to work I am having trouble getting in the exercise. I can walk a mile at lunch most days but by evening it seems like there are too many things needing my time. Not sure how people with more demanding jobs do it. The weekend potluck was good but I did have a small helping of hand churned ice cream because...hand churned! I'll probably pay for it but it was yummy!

I work full time, have two teenagers and have taken at least three college course a semester since 2013. I had to change my schedule priorities to be successful. I made exercise time the number one priority for the evening after work (and sometimes after class). Before reaching that point I would always have a reason that prevented me from having time to exercise or go to the gym.
