It's been about 6-7 months since I have been here. My husband and I were blessed with a pregnancy, so I am still not ready to become active in my weight loss journey, but I wanted to get back on here to start journaling and using my diet calendar so when the baby does come I can get right back into the swing of things. We are due mid February with a little boy, and are very excited. The bad news is...everything I had lost in my first three months on here I gained right back during my first two trimesters. The good news is, I have done it before, so I know once I am able to get back into exercising I can do it again. I have to admit, with this pregnancy I have eaten pretty much anything in site, so I definatley need to work on my control. lol. I know that logging everything helps tremendously, so I am excited to be back on here. I prob wont weigh in until after the birth that way I am only weighing myself, not myself and the baby. With that I say, I hope everyone is doing well, and wish you all a Happy Holiday Season!
