Diet is still in the wonky zone.

And I haven't done much to try to get out of it either.

Though I have been walking my dog, Sam, everyday for about 20 minutes. Which gives me just over 2000 steps a day. That's not including all the walk a round i do around the house. Then I'm on the stepper for about 2 mins as that's all I can handle.

I gotta start doing the walks on my rest days.

Don't know what will get me off this plateau. But then i'm a little slack in trying. Don't know why, but I think my sub-conscience is telling me to give up.

Do you have time and the capacity to up your dog walking to 30 mins? Your dog will appreciate it and it might be easier on your body than the stepper is right now - until you get your mojo back :-) xxx

plateauing sucks! But if you give up you will only feel worse, just re adjust your mindset and remember every bit of exercise you do, and every healthy decision is a step in the right direction (even if it is something small like less cheese on your pasta haha)! Keep your diet on track as much as possible, and you will soon start to see change. Good luck! :) x

Keep working at it, don't give up! To fix a plateau do something different so your body has to adjust to the difference. Maybe eat less, or eat more (of the good stuff), and change your exercise... add a plank to your exercise, see how long you can hold it for. I encourage you!

Hi Wendy, I had to give up chocolate (sugar), bread and flour products and eat only wholefood to start losing lots of weight. I aim for maximum total carbs of 100gram a day, and if I do that, I never fail to loose weight. I can have plenty of calories 1300 - 1500 a day, and I'm not hungry unless I do heaps of exercise, but then I just eat a bit more. If I know I'm not going to do much exercise that day, I eat a bit less.
