Well, I started Orangetheory on August 20th for 8 classes a month just to boost my exercise routine. It's a definite love/hate relationship. I take the 5 am class on Tuesday and Thursday and I do the ARC and strength training at Planet Fitness on MWF. And I gained 2.5 pounds and I know it's because I am rowing/running and doing HIIT and my body probably wanted to crawl in a cave but I weighed myself today and I am back to losing and I don't feel bloated. I am having trouble getting back into KETO mode and I am contemplating doing Paleo instead.
