Back on Keto track and feeling amazing now that the keto flu is over. It took exactly 4 week of exercising and started keto last week and now I am seeing results. Going on a weekend trip and decided to pack my food so I don't get tempted on the road. Exactly 32 pounds to go.
161.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.7 lb a week
