Unintentionally skipped breakfast, but I am getting back on track with one of my favorite concoctions of peanut butter, a whole grain (usually use oatmeal, but Cheerios are all I have today), and a little chocolate as a treat. Yummy yummy! My kids love it just as much as I do, so I constantly need to buy the giant things of peanut butter from GFS. Hahaha. In any case, I just need to make sure I get enough water today.

I have never been able to combine fats like peanut butter and chocolate with grains like oatmeal to create a fat loss. Does this work for you?

It keeps me full longer and satisfies my sweet urges to keep me from grazing all day on stuff that is not good for me. I would rather know I am getting some protein from the peanut butter and fiber from the grains than nothing at all. Frequently I add a small bit of coconut and/or sliced almonds or walnuts to flesh it out a bit. Usually a tablespoon or two of this concoction and I am set for the next four to six hours!

Ah..... if it keeps you sated, and not eating all day, then I see the method in your madness!

And what madness it is! Hahaha, but yeah, it is more a quick filler and I balance out with lean proteins and vegetables throughout the rest of the day.
