Not the best week for starting back on a diet, but doing what I can til payday. No more stress eating!! I don't like the weight I'm at. Have lost 7 pounds before coming back here. But I've been stuck at 160 for a month now. Looking at what I've ate the last couple days, I think I see why. Not eating enough.
