Giving this a try again. Not the best day t start out as I can't eat much anyway. I had infection cleaned out of my ear yesterday and today my sinuses are draining like crazy and my stomach just hurts. Maybe it is a good day to seriously diet. I have started exercising some this week, I have pretty much stopped eating out, and I've cut down on soda. This has been a several week process that has now become habit. Now to stop the mindless snacking in between meals and be more active instead.
