I have been plugging along on weightwatchers, letting others influence what I eat. I finally broke the plateau at yesterday's weigh in. Since Sept 9, 2015 I have lost 45.2 pounds, and have found my stride. This last week was lots of hard work, but I did it. At weigh-in I was down 4.2 pound, for a total -45.2 pounds. It feels so good. Last night we ate out, and I stayed within my points, but ate more than usual, so my weight is back up a bit, but it will even out this week. I have been riding my bike for 10-30 miles, depending on the day, and on opposite days, working on a back to running program, working with a physical therapist, I think the physical activity has broken the plateau. Have to go to a funeral today, and the lunch that follows. Will make the best of the lunch, and move on. Will run before we go to church this morning.
