I have been back on plan for 3 weeks now. A few "overages" here and there, but have lost 4 pounds. I have been doing quite a bit of exercise. Last week runs every other day, and several bike rides, one of 20 miles. Things are going well.

Weight was the same this morning. Had a great run yesterday. Eating oatmeal and grapes for breakfast. Then another short run this morning, some yard work, a bath, and a new hair do this afternoon. Not sure what to have for dinner tonight. Have plenty of choices in the house. Feeling pretty good.

Trying to decide on what to have for breakfast. I think a premium shake (2pts) and a chocolate chip muffin (5pts). Should fill me, along with coffee and water.

Back on track. Was able to stop the wine while Larry has his guitar lesson weekly session. Had become too expensive in money and in food and drink. On the road now. Will take a bit of a run this morning.

I am enjoying using the Simply Filling method of Weight watchers. It seems to be getting me off my "Stuck".
