It sucks seeing all that great food at work. I really wanted Broccoli but it waas next to the Oriental food and my self control wont let me go get just Broccoli.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
